Kellie Wilson is the founder of Social Chaos, a social media management and branding company, and The Chaos Studio, an AI-powered content platform built for people who are drowning in their own content. She's spent years helping business owners stop performing online and start sounding like themselves. She'll be teaching you her entire content system: strategy, voice, batching, and how to never stare at a blank caption box again.
Ashlyn Douglass-Barnes, LCSW is a therapist and practice-building expert who's helped clinicians niche down, speak directly to their ideal client, and build practices (and revenue streams) that don't burn them out. She'll be teaching you how to define exactly who you serve, how to talk so that person KNOWS you're talking to them, and how to think beyond the therapy hour.
Between the two of us, you get the clinical world and the content world in one room. Honestly, that combination is kind of the whole point.
THE WEEK

Fly in, get picked up, get settled into your room. Dinner is at the house, everything's easy, and we'll start talking about what you want out of the week. No hard work tonight. You just got here.

The teaching day. Morning and afternoon sessions covering your niche, your ideal client, your voice, and the content system you'll use all week (and for the rest of forever, honestly). Dinner at the house, then time to set up your tools.

One-on-one strategy sessions with both of us. Dedicated private time to work through your practice, your content, YOUR sticking points. The rest of the day is yours to build, draft, and create, with us right there to help.

This is the fun one. Create your content bank with the group, on location and around Orlando, with dinner out that night. If you added the photo package, this is also your shoot day, with hair and makeup done in the morning. You'll go home with a camera roll that works as hard as you do.

Breakfast, then we pull it all together. You'll leave with your plan, your content, your next six months mapped, and a group of 11 therapists who get it.

Nope!! We'll pick you up from the airport at set times and handle all transportation during the retreat. If you'd rather arrive on your own schedule, the house is about a $30 Uber from the airport.

This one's professionals only. The exception is if your partner is genuinely part of your practice (your business partner, or the person who runs your social media). If that's you, email us and we'll talk.

It's designed with women in mind, and our retreats have historically been all women. If you're a man who's interested, reach out and let's chat.
